What is your favourite book? Good Things to Drink by Ryan Chetiyawardana, a book guaranteed to improve your drinking experience by at least 10%

Name your three favourite movies? The Snapper, Back to the Future and Sideways

Have you a favourite movie quote? “7lbs 12oz”, “Is that a baby or a Turkey?”, “A baby!”, “That’s a good sized baby…. small turkey tough.”

What is your favourite holiday destination: Connemara

What is the first thing you do when you get home from abroad? Buy milk and bread

What is your favourite sandwich? Ham and cheese toasties

If you could travel back in time where would you go? Last week to play the lotto!

If you could be a cartoon character, who would you be and why? Taz the Tasmanian Devil. I am short, hairy and always on the go!

If you could shop anywhere for free where would it be? Travel to well known Whiskey shop’s in Dublin, London, Paris and New York

Who are your favourite current band and favourite band of all time? Currently listening to Disclosure and favourite would be Crosby Stills & Nash

What do you think is the greatest invention of all time? American style fridge/freezer

If you could win a Noble Peace Prize, an Academy Award or an Olympic Medal which one would you choose? Noble Peace Prize, why can’t we all just have a whiskey and get along!

Finally, If you could pick three people, dead or alive, to have dinner with, who would they be? James Joyce, George Bernard Shaw and Michael Jackson (The Whisky writer, not the singer!)
