Who do you work for? Chapel Gate Whiskey – JJ Corry

What is your favourite book? All Quiet on the Western Front but also I just read Andre Agassi’s autobiography and it’s the most enthralling thing ever. His story is INSANE!

Name your three favourite movies? Casablanca, 12 Angry Men and Titanic ( I’m told the first two give me credibility to admit the third) *We’re not sure about that Blaise!

Have you a favourite movie quote? Anything from Casablanca

What is your favourite holiday destination: I hate to go the same place twice but I’ll make and exception for Donegal and the South of France (cause cheese)

What is the first thing you do when you get home from abroad? Home home (Dublin) – beg the dog for forgiveness and make Clonakilty sausages. New York – order sushi!

What is your favourite sandwich? Wanna be patriotic and say a Chicken Filet Roll but damn those questionable meat products in New York delis hold their own!

If you could travel back in time where would you go? Queen concert with Freddie Mercury

If you could be a cartoon character, who would you be and why? Pocahontas…. she’s bad AF and helped me discover my feminist self

If you could shop anywhere for free where would it be? Astor Wine and Spirits in New York or Fauchon in Paris

Who are your favourite current band and favourite band of all time? It’s taken me two months to establish that this is totally unanswerable! But, I really like Queen, Hall and Oats or just solo artists from the Delta Blues era.

What do you think is the greatest invention of all time? I guess phones (if you want something more recent then Rideshare apps)

If you could win a Noble Peace Prize, an Academy Award or an Olympic Medal which one would you choose? Olympic medal

Finally, If you could pick three people, dead or alive, to have dinner with, who would they be? Ruth Bader Ginsberg, Freddie Mercury and Oscar Wilde
